G1 Team

The G1 Team is responsible for supporting the restaurant team by assisting guest at the order desk, delivery of food to guest tables, expediting of orders, and organization of the dinning room including bussing of tables and other items. Serving all guests in a professional, timely and friendly manner.

Kitchen

Line cooks and line prep assist on preparing and/or directs the preparation of food to be served complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures.

The dish and general utility position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility.

Management

The management team directs and coordinates all daily operations. Provide vision and leadership in long-range planning to ensure the continuity of the company. Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations through effective problem-solving and mediation skills. Oversee compliance to established policies, procedures and guidelines. Ensure guests are having quality service and meals, per restaurant standards.
